Your memories of old Ibiza. Your parents' tales from the fishing boats. Your grandmother's recipes and remedies. The bar that no longer exists. The beach before the tourists came.

- Ses Feixes in Ibiza is a historic wetland near Ibiza Town that was originally created by the Arabs in earlier centuries as an agricultural system. The name means ‘the strips’ because the fields are divided into narrow plots (‘strips’) that belonged to individual farmers. This area is an important ecological and cultural heritage site with a fascinating history as a fertile floodplain behind Playa de Talamanca. Today, Ses Feixes is a rare wetland in Ibiza that promotes natural water balance and biodiversity.
